Renaissance Seattle Hotel (515 Madison St, Seattle, WA 98104)
Book your hotel in the official room block by the cutoff date (6/27/25). You may only book July 20-25th at the meeting rate. Dates outside of this range, including the night of Friday July 25, must be booked separately.
Registration

If the registration fee poses a barrier to participation, please consider submitting an application for reduced or waived registration by June 10.

In-Person Rates:
Partner Rate – $725 ($800 after 6/20)
Non-Partner Rate – $825 ($900 after 6/20)
Teacher Rate – $20.00
Student Registration – $250.00
1-day Rate (In-Person ONLY) – $450
Virtual Rates:
Partner Rate – $350 ($400 after 6/20)
Non-Partner Rate – $450.00 ($500 after 6/20)
Student Registration – $250.00
Teacher Rate – $20.00
Registration Assistance

Present in a session: If you would like to present in a session rather than lead a full session, please review the agenda when it is released and either contact the session organizer(s) directly or contact staff@esipfed.org to help put you in contact with the relevant session organizer.
Present a Poster or Demo: If you would like to present a recorded demo/tutorial or poster during the Research Showcase, you can indicate this when you register for the meeting.
